Booking a coffee bar for your event should be simple, exciting and stress-free. To help you know exactly what to expect, we’ve outlined each step of the booking process — from choosing your menu to event day setup.
Submit an inquiry
The first step is to reach out through our inquiry form. This is where you tell us about your event, including the date, location, estimated guest count and any other details you’d like to share. We’ll review your inquiry and get back to you with availability and the next steps.
Customize your coffee experience
Whether you prefer our signature pours, want to add our specialty garnish lattes, or create a fully customized menu, we’ll work with you to create a coffee experience your guests will love.
Reserve your date
When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over your service agreement and invoice. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your event date, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to your event.
Event day
On the day of your event, we will arrive 45-60 minutes before service begins to set up and ensure everything is ready for guests.
